Why biotin shampoo is marketing
I learned this in a science class and was kind of annoyed, all those expensive shampoos with biotin and vitamin E are mostly marketing. Biotin has to be absorbed to do anything, and your body takes it in far better when you swallow it than when you rub it on your head.
So instead of the pricey bottles, just take a biotin pill like Nature's Bounty and buy whatever cheap shampoo you like. Same result for a fraction of the money.
