Why validation matters more than features
My doctor told me to start monitoring my blood pressure at home, so I looked into it, and it turns out about 80% of the monitors online have never been validated for accuracy by any medical group. The AHA says to stick with an upper-arm cuff and check validatebp.org to confirm it's actually been tested.
Pretty much every cardiologist and review site points to Omron. The Omron Bronze (At its current price-50) is all most people need, one button, it connects to your phone, and it shows your readings clearly.
