Why the arm matters more than you think
The Rode PSA1+ is probably the best mic arm out there. It's At its current price super sturdy, and it handles the weight of a Blue Yeti X with no problem. The Yeti X is heavy, so cheap arms sag and droop under it, and there's nothing more annoying than a mic that slowly sinks toward your desk mid-recording.
Don't cheap out here: the budget Amazon arms can't handle the Yeti X's weight and you'll end up with a droopy mic. If budget-priced is too much, there are budget-priced booms rated for the weight, but skip the bargain bin entirely.
