Why electric beats candle
For home use, get an electric sake warmer. The candle ones look nice, but they take forever and don't heat evenly, you end up with sake that's scalding at the bottom and cool up top.
I use the Twinbird sake warmer and it heats sake to the perfect temp in about five minutes. It's A strong value and way more practical than the ceramic sets with candles if you actually drink hot sake regularly.
