The cheap clip-on that keeps light-hungry plants happy. Venus fly traps and other bright-light plants just need a full-spectrum LED running long hours, you don't need to overthink it.
Venus fly traps need strong light, get a full-spectrum grow light that's at least 20-30 watts. The cheap clip-on ones work fine, around $20-30. Just make sure it says 'full spectrum' or has both red and blue LEDs.
VFTs need at least 12 hours of light a day to stay healthy. I use a basic clip-on LED grow light and mine does great with it. Don't overthink it, they just need bright light for long periods, and a timer makes it hands-off.
At least 20-30 watts, full spectrum. A cheap clip-on is plenty.
12+ hours a day, use the built-in timer so you don't have to remember.
