Pipersong Meditation Chair
I tried a kneeling chair first and bailed — my knees were wrecked within a few months. The Pipersong is basically built for people who sit "weird." It has a little swiveling footrest platform so you can go criss-cross, squat, one leg up, or push it aside and sit normally. The cushion is thick, and I've done full WFH days in it for about a year with none of the knee issues I had before.
