How Phase 10 scoring works
Phase 10 is a rummy-style race where everyone tries to complete ten specific phases in order, from two sets of three up to a set of five plus a set of three. You must finish your current phase before moving to the next, so players are often on different phases at the same time. Each round, the first person to lay down their phase and get rid of their cards goes out.
Scoring is about the cards left in your hand when someone goes out: numbers 1 to 9 are 5 points each, 10 to 12 are 10 points each, and Skip and Wild cards are 25 each. The player who went out scores zero. Because these are penalty points, the lowest total score wins, which trips up new players who assume high is good. This sheet tracks both the phase each player completed and their running penalty score.
Using the sheet
Set your player count and print at 100 percent. Each round, write the phase number a player completed (or leave it if they did not) and their points from leftover cards. The ten phases are printed under the table so nobody has to pass the box lid around.

Does high or low score win Phase 10?
Lowest score wins. Points come from cards left in your hand, so they are penalties. The first player to finish all ten phases wins, and ties are broken by lowest score.
How are points counted in Phase 10?
