Whitening without the zing

I've used Sensodyne Pronamel Gentle Whitening for about two years, and it actually helps with sensitivity without making my teeth hurt. It's around $6-8 a tube and whitens gradually without being harsh, no cold-water zing after brushing.

I tried the Colgate Sensitive Whitening too, which is cheaper at around $4-5, but it doesn't work as well for me. Sensodyne is worth the extra couple of bucks.

What I liked

  • Whitens without triggering sensitivity
  • Gentle, enamel-focused formula
  • Affordable at ~$6-8
  • No post-brush zing

What to know

  • Gradual whitening, not instant
  • Pricier than basic Colgate
  • Won't match a dentist bleaching
  • Consistency matters, use daily
